It opens doors for contemplation and self-exploration. In part 2, your guide, Dr. Trudy Helge, psychologist and healer, will take you through a semi-private “Opening the Heart” guided meditation and healing session. Here, you will have an opportunity to truly let go and forgive yourself and others, while energetic blocks that may hinder the release process will be energetically lifted to help find peace and renewal.
